You can do it
One guy is try to lose weight by using the Wii while monitoring is physical activity and food intake. This should be useful in showing how effective the Wii is towards helping you lose weight. It’s worth reading about his progress and I hope he loses the weight and stays at 190 pounds. Good Luck J.R.

Mario Kart 64 update
Nintendo realeased an update about an week ago that fixes some things but I’m not sure what they are. You will find it at the Mario Kart 64 download page and it’s free. download it and see what happens. We now know that Nintendo will update Virtual console games.

The dutch site Wii and Mii discovered an interesting quirk about the Wiinews Channel. Depending on what language you speak, When you switch from dutch to english, you get more and maybe different articals. Not every country is getting the same news so if you want more switch to english or another language. here is atranslation of the artical.
Nevertheless but Wii “in English”?
After I this afternoon the update for the nieuwskanaal gedownload had, I found the number of nieuwsberichten but sparing. Then I came on the idea of changing the language of the Wii. The verchil between the number of nieuwsberichten in English are enormous. Hopelijk with arrival of more regional news in the “end version”, such as Nintendo it changes this formulated on their Internet site. Opera wants your opinion
As we all know, the Opera browser is not perfect and is only a beta. Some people have had good experiances while others have not. Opera realizes this and they want your opinion on the browser. You have to access the site from your wii and tell them what you think. Be honest guys as this may be our chance to voice are consernces and improvements.

VC Pains
As probably many have experianced already, not all the VC games are perfectly emulated. These are manly technical issues then one shouldn’t be surprised about. Some are serious while some are anoying. Here is a list of the issues for some of the games.
Mario Kart64: Double Speed- A glitch that used to happen on the origional was when you played 3 or 4 player 150cc at MooMoo farm where you would go faster then 150cc. It might be because the course was made differently then the others and fro the fact that the game is run accroding to the amout of players. So if you had four players then the game would be running four times. This game relies on the proccessing speed of the system so since the Wii is alot faster and since the courses were not optimized for the 3 or 4 player multiplayer, this happens. Not much you can due about it but make the most of it. Don’t know if it happens in any other course though nor if this is the exact reason.
A Link To The Past: Some report issues of having sounds going mute or some sounds lower then what they should be. Also their is reports of Links sprite disapering when he takes damage. I don’t have any explanations for this.
AlteredBeast: To play two player, press the + button on each controller.
BomberMan 93: To use the gamecube controller, hold r when at the vc screen before you press start.
TV issues: Depending on the HD TV you have you might experiance problems with component cables which might be because of some TV’s having issues with resolutions or 50hzr issues. One way to try to solve this is to change the wii from 480p to 480i.
Know your Freeloader
This is old news now but I forgot to put this up. For some of you who used the Freeloader on the GameCube, you experiance some issues when using it for the Nintendo Wii. Unlike the GameCube, the Wii is picky about which version is being used. So if you use the Jappanese version on the U.S Wii then it will not work. PlayAsia. com has a list of compatibility for each version. It will not work with Wii games so don’t bother trying but it’s conffermed that a Wii version is going to be made avialable. Be patient
Rearange Channels discovery!
If you are having a problem with culttered wii channels and would like some sort of organization then here is a trick to help you. If you grab them by holding A+B then you can move them around. So If anyone starts ranting about organization; give them this tip. I got this from a lone source on the internet.

Protect your VC points
